Cancellation Policy
Less than 48 hour notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee applied at time of service. No showing with no communication will result in no future appointments being scheduled. You receive a 72 and 24 hour reminder so this is not unreasonable for respect of my time.
If I am unable to collect a cancellation/no show fee at the time of no show and have not communicated with you about it, all future appointments will be cancelled, and future booking will be denied. By booking an appointment you agree to the terms of this policy regardless of services rendered. In the need of a late cancellation due to emergency you must contact the stylist individually through text or call.
